To the Members of Ellerslie,
As many of you may know, I am expecting the birth of my daughter in the next few days, meaning another huge shift in my life and more added to my plate.
After careful consideration and deliberation with my family, I have made the difficult decision to resign from my position as Manager. The club deserves a Manager that is able to commit themselves fully to the position, something I feel I cannot completely do simply based on my growing family commitments. Having said that, my family deserves a husband and father who can commit himself to them, and I want to be able to do that fully without sacrifice. This decision has not been easy and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know all of you over the last 2 seasons.
